Simon's Good News... & Bad News

We have some good news...  And some not so good news:

First, the good news -
Simon's ear fur is completely regrown!  Yay!!

...Well, then Mom put some Promeris on his back - & he lost his fur on his back!!!  Boy, he can't win!

(Mom: Admittedly I zapped him a little lower than I should, but in my defense Simon was being very wiggly - but that also accounts for his being able to scratch his poor skin raw...  I also treated all of the boys for ringworm (just in case) as well - I've used hydrocortisone spray on him to cut down on the itchiness, with limited success)

  1. Poor little guy...could you induce him to wear a little shirt?

Mommy wants to give Simon lots of kissies and make his back be less itchy...purrs for the fur to grow back quickly!

  7. Aw - poor Simon! We're sending him lots of purrs. Dobby has sensitive skin and tends to overgroom too, so he says he can relate.

We hope Simon doesn't have to wear one of those silly Elizabethan collars - they are so undignified! (our mom says they do help, but sheesh!) ,

  10. Oh poor Simon, would you like us to scratch your Mom for you. She was very mean stealing your furs like that.

The Mom is taking your Mom's side. We guesses beans always stick together I mean the nerve of blaming you for wiggling.

  13. Poor Simon. Perhaps you could just wear a jaunty scarf to hide the bald spot until your furs grow back.
